Estate Snake River Valley Riesling

I wanted to like this, but it may be the least balanced Riesling I've ever tasted. Noticeably sweet and no backbone of acid. Only 13%.

Nose is muted, bummer. Better in other years

Very sweet.

Sweet, aromatic. After taste is so good.

Bright and clean nose with notes of green apple, chalk and stone. Complex and dry on the palate but with a lingering not note of fruitiness. Flavors of pear, peach and slate and laced with a lingering chalkiness that continues through the finish.

Surprisingly tasty. There'a definitely some muscat blended in here.
