This is a medium bodied white blend, with solid round tannic structure and a splash of residual sugar. Salient flavors are apricot, lemon and grapefruit with a little acidic bite at the finish. It is a good wine for Mexican food pairing.

While I a am a major fan of Saviah red wines, their whites conitinue to under impress, this one being most likely a SB dominant blend with a sour finish.

Surprisingly good! Nice acidity, great patio wine. Paired perfectly with chicken piccata!

51% Sauvignon Blanc and 49% Semillon, this wine is made in an Australian style. Apple and apricot flavors lead into a grassy lychee finish. The citric tang of the SB is perfectly balanced by the smooth roundness of the Semillon.

Not bland, not sharp, not too fruity. If you like a balanced, not too exciting wine to enjoy on a week night. With Chanterelles in light cream with pasta, you could do worse.
Dinner with Joanna, Andrea, and Julien.
