Did anyone get that license plate? The acidity & volume run you over. This must be what getting hit by lightening feels like.
At this stage it needs to be consumed with food. I can see this bottling being very polarizing. I very much enjoyed it, but would prefer to have it as the sole offering at my meal. Disgorged February 2018.
