Did anyone get that license plate? The acidity & volume run you over. This must be what getting hit by lightening feels like. At this stage it needs to be consumed with food. I can see this bottling being very polarizing. I very much enjoyed it, but would prefer to have it as the sole offering at my meal. Disgorged February 2018.

This was one of the best Champagnes I've ever had. To me it was mind blowing. Powerful, seductive, full of life and energy. Incredibly complex with precision and spine. So perfumed. And to think how young it is...6/2016 disgorgement.
