Peach and pear nectar. A bit too much residual sugar. The acid finish focuses on the front of the mouth and tongue with lingering minerals and salinity. A nice pairing with bacon wrapped scallops.

pale lemon color, apples pears citrus on the nose w some floral aroma. off dry, high acid, medium finish. crisp and balanced, could use a bit more finish but conclusion Very Good
