Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

Grapefruit rind, wet stones, lime and persimmon. Wasn’t filthy enough to get me to Sancerre ... oops

Green apple peach lemonade. Concocted and cloying. It’s so hard to find good Sancerre these days. Life is hard y’all

I am On a Sauv Blanc Kick Right Now. This Sancerre has a great mouthfeel, with honey notes and spice up front, and a ton of Green Apple on the finish. Definitely enjoying.

Hello green apples!

Starting off the evening with one of my favorite whites

Nice and balanced. Good acidity, crisp.

Fair amount of stone fruit, honey, apricot, and oak. Vanilla & light slate. Medium-plus acidity on the finish. Tasty Sancerre. Much sweeter than expected.

A little green and off balance.

Well balanced, very pleasing tartness and aroma. Green apples, tart but not acidic. Light on minerals. This wine is a sure crowd pleaser..plenty to like about it and hard to object. Perhaps it's only weakness is an absence of distinct personality..but I will drink it again often.
