Damn. So good. OG l'insolite. First vintage of this whole cluster goodness. I thought a more mature new world Pinot.

Bam! Holy crap. One sniff and this wine captivates you. Incredibly beautiful, floral, whole cluster Pinot nose. I just kept smelling it and forgot to actually drink it for a while. Elegance and finesse are what I smelled, but the palate had the structure/seriousness/power Otago Pinot is known for but harnesses and refined.

No sulfur(maybe a bit at bottling). 100% whole-cluster, carbonic, Abel clone.
