Hello Verdicchio my old friend, you are such a nice hang.

A miss for me. Too much acid. Lacking good structure and balance. Tart green apples otherwise.

Brought by Jeff and Yuki for dinner at Branzinos prior to Philly concert 12/7/19. Excellent. Nose of acids and stones and balanced fruits and earth on palate and finish.

Good mineral, apple, a bit honey, a bit peppery, a bit bittersweet. Clean and well balanced.

Robust white. Rich, deep colour. Can carry a heavier meal than the average white.

Funky goodness

Good acidity and robust flavor. Pleasing but not complex.

Not your Nona's Italian quaffer. Oily. Honeysuckle. Pear. Nectar. White Rhone and Alsace lovers should check out this little lady.
