A golden beauty. High alcohol. this 2012 is displaying some nice aged qualities. Probably not the best santorini out there but we were able to snag this bottle to get a sense of what these wines can do with age and it’s promising. Has some ‘petrol’, lotsa lemon rind, and the volcanic minerality isn’t gone.
