Aug 28th, 2017A golden beauty. High alcohol. this 2012 is displaying some nice aged qualities. Probably not the best santorini out there but we were able to snag this bottle to get a sense of what these wines can do with age and it’s promising. Has some ‘petrol’, lotsa lemon rind, and the volcanic minerality isn’t gone.

Дууб! Ванилька! Чуть обожжено. Во вкусе, однако, следов выдержки почти не замечено, за исключением легкого сглаживания кислотности. В остальном обычное (отличное!) ассиртико. Минерально, долгое послевкусие.
