Too high in lemony citrus for my preference, but nice full acidity and minerality. The lemon dominated but makes for nice fish pairings. I enjoyed a glass with fresh limed guacamole and salty chips.

Heat and dryness on the palate shows from the alcohol. Short finish. Nice nose. Good viscosity. Can't get past the short finish and alcohol heat and dryness on the palate.

... A bit short but delicious!!! ... Green fruit explosion with mineral finish... Complex and simple it is definitely better served chill and it would pair pretty much with anything. Summer perfect wine here !
