I like it! It's got that salty note I like about Syrah. It's a bit musty/earthy. Calm, not acidic or very bright. There could be more going on, but I won't complain for the price!

Tasting this Syrah made in Peru, young vineyards, I'm sure in time will surprise us, we pair it with Spaghetti (Tallarin) Saltado (like Peruvian Lomo Saltado without french fries & rice), second course, mixed salad, remember always give a opportunity to Peruvian wines, sure you don't regret, the pairing... excellent!
