Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso Corvina Blend

Black cherry, plum. Almond and herb. Medium+ tannins, medium body, high acid and excellent structure (more defined structure than a non-ripaso Valpolicella). Some notable spice on the palate with a medium+ acid finish. Minerally, rich, and surprisingly complex - this bottle is a great value.

Lovely warm spices continuing to the finish.

Light & dry but enough tannin & spice to complement onions, garlic &!chiles. Would be really nice with spicy grilled chicken or bluefish.
