Just the way I like my Chardonnay. Creamy with a bit of oak. Barrel fermented. This wine gives you some orange zest and lemon drop without the acidity. Elegant wine.

Mineral on the nose, butter, lots of butter on the palate. Rich finish. Bold. Would be great with some salmon. Wish it had a little more oak. Could use a bit more tannin.
