Blackberry, raspberry, mocha, cassis, white pepper, licorice, oak and vanilla. Good structure and well-integrated tannins.

Pickled goose berry. Bruised plum. White pepper and cured meat. Rich and ripe. Definitely need a heavier and heartier food to compliment it. Braised short rib or a smoked bbq.

Jammy and juicy blueberries, stewed black cassis, purple florals, white and black pepper, nice soft minerality and earth on the finish. Easy to drink.
