Really good! Had "cool climate" explained to me. This is a great example. For sure more mineral, citrusy at the start. Had a glass at lunch and felt it was a bit tight and a little acidic. Put the cork back in and just had a glass 6 hours later. Softened up very nicely ( I'm sure you don't have to wait THAT long). Some oak, slight butter and lots of green fruits. Read that cool climate Cali chards (good ones) are more like true burgundy 's. True for this one. Terry, it is only two bits over your $30 ceiling, might be what you are looking for.
