Popped and poured; no formal notes. While the previous WTW was styled more as a Mediterranean white blend, this resembles more of a Bordeaux Blanc. This is showing a lot of bright tropical fruit: ripe mango, star fruit, lemon, grapefruit and a light touch of honey. This worked well with cheesy potato soup. Drinking well now and should do so through 2030.
