@Delectable Wine - This is the Schlossberg Riesling. Whoa this is not a beginner’s Riesling. Intensely minerally nose with a significant fresh green herbal component. There is also some green apple / citrus pith fruit. Bone dry in the mouth, with nice weight, pretty good acids, and loads of stony minerality.

En av få tyska riesling på Vadstenas SB. Lite våtrum i doft. Blommig och hyfsad syra. Lite för påfallande toner av mogen frukt för att känns fullt så uppfriskande som önskats. Ung ännu.
