Not as viscous or syrupy as expected: medicinal, hi alcohol, but also nutty, raisiny, herbal, just all over the place. With plenty of air, this oxidizes & settles down. Will pour this out of bottle into topped decanter for the rest.

Found this marvelous drink at Jungle Jims in Cincinnati. It was part of a value wine tasting. Purchased two bottles and wished I had bought a case. My brother Shannon drank most of the first bottle he loved it so much.
