Estate Reserve Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Perfect cabsav. Sweet marmelade. Strong with parmigiana filet.
Recomend.

This was another beaut from the Salvation case from Vinomofo.com.au

Deep brick red on the eye (however this was in poor lighting). On the nose I pick up blackcurrant leaf, violets and a touch of white pepper. The palate is smooth and full bodied with integrated tannins, a clean finish and flavours of blackcurrant and hints of mint standing out for me. This wine suits a bubble bath and good book!

Wonderful Margaret River Cabernet, full rich palate, black currents on the nose, toasty wood, gimme another.

Pretty awful. Stripped of fruit and mouthfeel, this was a dried out mess. Shame. Drink young.
