언제든 무난하게 맛있게 먹을수 있는 와인. 밸런스가 좋음.

Garnet color from age but aromas. Silky and exceptionally smooth. Some acidity surprisingly for age. Long finish. 63% cab sav 36% Syrah 1% Malbec.

Cherry and cassis with hints of tobacco.

Lots of dark fruits and tannins. Some oak. Little cedar or tobacco. Could have a little more depth.

Cabernet Sauvignon 67%, Syrah 22%, Malbec 11%

My first vegetal wine. Nice balance. Layered. Solid wine.
