Rippin'. Quince + white flowers that feels decidedly Cheninesque on the nose, with a hay-like thing going on. Full and dense on the palate, with singing acid. Would love to lay a bottle or two down. Why you holdin' out, @Eric Danch?

Also funky Chenin reminiscent. More acidic than the Birtok vineyard but it works well. The volcanic soil is really showing through! Totally digging this style of furmint.

Volcanic mineral, ripping acid, saké-esque subtlety of white flowers or dandelion milk, but it seems a bit hot. Closes out with this chamomile tea vibe. It’s nice now, although a bit closed. Maybe it will open up later in its life?
