Dried and roasted red/black fruit, worn leather, shiitake, dried flowers, dried beef. Expressing a fair amount of development making me curious on cork. Tannins are melting in nicely.

My first Aglianico and I’m impressed! The wine has a great flavor profile with bold and rich notes while the tannins are just right. Black cherry, plum, big spice notes, mushroom, and leather.
