Nose: black fruit, maybe a bit of licorice. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and vanilla naturally invites itself to provide. On the palate, a bit herbal, peppery. Very good. I don't think a second bottle will wait long. Perfect opening for autumn.

Sep 28th, 2024Chose the 2010 on price at the restaurant and then checked the reviews online. Described as ballsy and kick ass it did NOT disappoint.
Loved it so much will be sourcing a couple of cases.
Clean on the palate. Fruity but not sweet.
