Initially heavier and smokier than Chiantis we like. But it grew on us a bit.

Dry and delicious. I’d buy it again but it’s not my favorite. Some heat behind it doesn’t linger too long. Smooth and full bodied.

four reds were poured
my guess was that it'll probably be nebbiolo, barbera, sangiovese and amarone. i came close.
besides the one with appassimento treatment guessing what is each one is far behind my tastebuds (for now 😊)
