After two hours this really hit its stride... difficult to write a note other than it smells like Provence, and it tastes like Provence.

I love Philippe's wines, and found this in my cellar to go with dinner. Still young, vibrant, full of fruit and earth; even at the 10 year mark. Good thing I have one more of these!
