This bubbly is scrumptious! Creamy, brioche, baked apple tart plus freshness to give length, complexity and vitality.

Baked apple nose, caramel on the palate. A 'warm' finish....only way to describe it. Finish really lingers with pie crust and toasted brioche. Opens up and is delicious with second glass. Incredible.

This was the perfect way to say goodbye to a wonderful 2015, and embrace the unknown in 2016. Cheers!

Very odd in the beginning. Blew off early. Melted in my mouth.
