I'm normally not a huge Riesling fan, unless dry as a desert, hence this moderately sweet Riesling is a bit out of my wheelhouse. That said, it's pallet has good structure that is hard to evict from the tongue, comprised of mountain florals, pear, green apple, and minor minerals that feels almost effervescent. Nice acid balance. Great for passing the afternoon with light snacks.
