Fantastic. Excellent from start to finish...this is a knock out example of prime aged Napa Cab! Reminded me of 1996 Pichón Longueville Comtesse de Lalande...
Roasted peanuts, pencil lead shavings and glorious black smoked fruits, cassis and smoked meat.

Tasted blind. Dark blackish purple. Opaque. Huge nose. Notes of black cherry, cranberry, molasses, plum, tobacco leaf and a touch of menthol. Very primary in the mouth. Huge impact. Decent finish. Big wine.

En D-Magnum. My ‘Private Label’ cabs are still showing well. 😎. 1992 Mag and ‘99 750 are a step behind, but still very good.
