Dec 24th, 2020The winery and estate vineyards are certified 100% Organic. Deep ruby with aromas of dark berry fruit and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and blueberry with complex spice, cacao, leather and cinnamon. Well balanced concentrated tannins, vivid acidity with lingering finish.

Mar 23rd, 20171/2024. Good fruit. Bold and nice on he palate. With a 15.5 ALC I thought it would be bolder. Paired well with the Bolognese (beef & pork) at Smoked Restaurant.

A very smooth people pleaser cab. Flavor is mild and not complex. Will taste dull on the pallette if it is any later than the first bottle served.
