Top Block Estate Grown Syrah

Way too young, this baby needs some time.

Had to wait a bit for it to breathe, but a solid food wine once it did.

Enticing nose of ripe, dark fruit, a touch of spice and smoke, funky animal notes, and notable booze. Pays off on sipping, with blackberry followed by smoke, tobacco and spice with strong finish. still LOTS of booze but doesn't overwhelm flavors.
