Good acidity, pears, golden apples, ripe pineapple, and smoke. Balanced and toned down for a barrel-fermented, full-ML chard.

Very solid Chardonnay. Subtle oak, plenty vanilla. Good minerals.

Goes amazingly well with my broccoli soup and mushroom risotto. Clean.

Oaky, high in alcohol and a little heavy on the palette. Missing the pretty bouquets and delicate flavors that I love so much about great Chardonnay. But, the people in my table really enjoyed the spicy and buttery finish.

Perfect cold on a 100 degree Las Vegas day! Good structure, soft overall. Not a ton of acidity but great fruit and lighter bodied for sb county.

Great American Chardonnay. Lemons, creaminess, a touch of toast. A chard almost everyone will find something to enjoy.

Ruscak’s 2013 Chardonnay Santa Barbara County is a gorgeous entry-level offering. Butter, spice, candied lemon and tangerine flesh out in an attractive, mid-weight Chardonnay to drink young, while the flavors remain crisp and refreshing. (AG)

A little too much oak and butter for me. I still get a ton of lemon which I've always loved from their chard, but not my favorite vintage.

Nicely integrated oak and a healthy amount of acid. Really enjoyed this one.
