Clear pale lemon prosecco.
On the nose it is clean with pronounced intensity of green apple, peach, pear, orange blossom and honeysuckle.
The wine is off dry with high acid, low alcohol a full body and pronounced flavour intensity of what we detected on the nose. The finish is long and complex.
Very well rounded wine, outstanding quality.

Perhaps the loveliest Prosecco we’ve had...tiny bubbles, finesse, tropical fruits, brioche, off-dry on front palate, dry finish with a rose petal note
