Ultra aged, smelt like a fortified. Smokey note on the nose. Not completely vinegar but certainly past it's prime. Wild experience.

For me Ruffini was always synonymous with Chianti. Ruffino offers different price levels, different bottles styles but the quality is always there. This Ruffino is a budget bottle but still compete well with priced Chiantis. Salut
