Apr 23rd, 2016Salty stone fruit in the nose with a bit of nettle. On the palate this is beautifully structured, tightly woven around a core of salty, steely acidity with some spicy fruit around it. Focused & pure with good depth. Perfect to match asparagus but interesting & intriguing enough for much more!
