My last btl was good, but this was excellent. On the nose, dense gooseberry, lime, a touch of yeast, herbs. On the palate, lovely acidity, lime, lemon, floral notes, fantastic dry extract, dense on the palate, with lime and sweet orange on the finish.

Yeah...yum. Pure slate and sour lime on the nose, followed by some nice herbal flourishes. Great acidity on the palate, followed by fantastic minerality, sour lime, and pink grapefruit. Long finish. Youthfully fruit forward, don't touch another bottle for a looong while.Day 4 open (in the refrigerator in between and sampled each day in between), and still stunning. Crystalline purity on the nose, and extremely juicy and focused on the palate.
