A beautiful representation of Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder), excellent cut and precision on the green apple, pear, lime and mineral rock. A tinge of spice on the finish. Like a Chablis 1er with more body. Lengthy, fresh and energetic finish. This has mellow some since I last had it.
