PnP. Half poured into a 375 mL bottle to drink the next night. 1st half btl last night seemed a tad pruney and headed towards being oxidized. The second half btl tonight was much better. The pruney oxidized forest floor notes were gone. 87 1st night, 91-92 tonight.

What austerity + power! This was moderately aromatic but the flavors have a great depth to them. Not showing in an "open" way, though, but delicious with cherry, spices cranberry jam, and some earth. Curious what more time would do!

Had the 2005 vintage in June 2016. Fewer tannins, more smooth then typical. Recommend letting it breathe for few before enjoying it.
