Roux Père & Fils
L'Ebaupin Saint-Aubin Pinot Noir

Beautiful robust red fruited and meaty-mushroom-flowers nose here, palate not as strong but still delicious, good acid firm tannin, a little dilute in flavour but what is there is tasty and pure burgundy, deft touch of oak in vanilla and cinnamon, but no noticeable harsh wood tannin. Overall, a delightful $28 burgundy, worth a look for nose alone in it's price tier!

Now on the way to matured. Instead of fresh, complexity is being generated. A bit alcohol flavor rich. Aroma has complexity for the case it was captured in the glass. 2016 @1200(1440), Fwine -, 211030-211108
