Dark garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas of red fruit, red and purple flowers, earth, oak and a bit of anise. Flavors of red cherries, mulberries and raspberries, red and black licorice, mushrooms, coffee and vanilla. Medium-plus length and bright acidity. Slightly creamy texture. Well structured and nicely balanced. Reasonable complexity. Solid.
