A super interesting wine, virtually fruitless, with copious amounts of dried herbs and nice minerality.
Firm, medium tannins, fresh acidity, nice balance & depth. Very food friendly (think moussaka). A good one!

The color is bright magenta with some redish hues slightly cloudy. The alcohol on the nose is present and noticeable and then you get the fresh raspberries , eucalyptus and pine wood notes. Light to medium body with pleasant texture and high acidity. The fruit is fresh raspberries and contrasting earthy notes maybe licorice like dried fruit and eucalyptus presnt too. Dry finish. Its not an everyday wine, the contrast between aromas and palatte notes is very intriguing. Unique profile, not manicured for mainstream palatte.

Extraordinary and flavorful Greek wine. Unlike anything else: flavors of balsamic, bell pepper, and rosemary. All of the flavor is in the finish. Perfect with moussaka.
