Drinking beautifully, this wine’s nose shows sultry scents of baking spice, smoky gravel, ripe, oozing red berries, and aged beef. Intensely-flavored, with very clingy savory and dark fruit notes. Long and a tad peppery on the mouth coating finish. Low acids but it works.

Getting better in bottle and gets better the longer it's open. Ridiculously good. Only reason you might not think it's CDP is because it's clean and lacks Brett. All Oregon fruit in 2015, rocks district, really good. Raspberry, texture, amazing texture, love it.

New release. GSM. 70/15/15. First release entirely from The Rocks. Nice wine, I generally tend more towards The Northern Blend but maybe not this year. Pure red/dark red fruit/cinnamon, almost funky. Curious to see if this stays all Rocks fruit for the blend in 2017 with the freeze. 2018 and 2020 probably for the other two

Caramel nose... jammy, a little pruney. A little syrupy in the mouth. Still has a little acid tho.

Nice light color. Low tannins good acid. Great balance of red fruit. Lot of cherry. Little spice? Hits with almost an olive flavor few seconds after finishing.
