Still as bright and fruity as when it was released. Raspberry, strawberry and a hint of melon and pepper on the finish. Yum!

2011 Rhones from Washington are just now going off! Keep em for a while longer, but if you can't, you won't be disappointed:)

A little lighter than other vintages (thanks to Mother Nature), both in the nose and the palette. But if you are a fan if the more delicate Rhone characteristics, you may enjoy this thoroughly. Delicately spicy, hints of red plum and game. Nice!

My note from last Fall seems wrong now. Drinking beautifully with svelte tannins, a bouquet of wild flowers, savory red fruits, and definitely a little star anise on the finish.
