Rombauer Vineyards
Sonma County Sauvignon Blanc
Sonoma County, California, USA
Pale lemon with aromas of fresh ripe citrus and tropical fruits with herb mineral notes, aged 86% in Stainless, 11% in neutral French oak, rest in concrete. On the palate flavors of pineapple, peach and citrus flavors adding grapefruit tones, great acidity balance, smooth, medium+ finish ending with bright mineral character. Nice!

Jul 14th, 2026This Sauvignon Blanc is vinted with 75 % of grapes Harvested from Sonoma County and 27% from Napa county. It has a very strong grapefruit taste which gives a more acidic taste. Paired ok with Thai food. Drank in October 2025.
