A PC I’ve never heard of so that’s cool. Same focus as the VV with an added component that I can’t put my finger on. Well balanced at this time

2021 spring / summer. Lots of layers of flavor - lemon, burnished apple, chalky minerals, etc. Quite substantial in scale as well.

Aug 8th, 20212018 vintage. This will be such a can't miss in 2-3 years but close to that now. Acidity on point. Mineral components accounted for. Body with curves in all the right places. Beautiful nose and even better finish. Not too shabby for premier cru bleep...

Jul 22nd, 20212021 spring. Burnished, open and complex, but with the steely, stony backbone still lurking. Lavantureux is making some delicious wines and the prices aren’t totally out of control.
