I put that sh*t on everything! You'd think that Sriracha was invented yesterday. Perhaps not the best combination, but I had to try it. I've never been a big Rogue fan and now I remember why. The heat catches up eventually on the back of my throat. Take away the novelty and you have a bitter baking chocolate and celery flavor. Weird and trendy.

Very nice balance with minimal 'burn', more of a tingly smoky spice presence. Very drinkable, but I couldn't imagine sessioning this bad boy. Brilliant to use stout or the smokiness would be clunky. I like it!
