Terroir de Vergisson Pouilly-Fuissé Chardonnay

Prettier than most pouilly

Threw out my back so needed something light ;) crisp, acidic and decent finish. Next week I need to be better and go bigger!

This is fresh and bright. Not super complex, but tasty and moorish.

Bracing. Mineral. Slate with lemon and a backdrop of lemon. A touch of grapefruit.... Good for next summer.

前に飲んだ時に抜栓翌日にとても良くなったので前日に抜栓。相変わらず2日目はピュリニー・モンラッシェのような張りと樽香が感じられるようになり、この価格帯とは思えない満足度に。

柑橘系の、レモンのようにキリッとした酸の旨味がある。さらさらしすぎておらず、樽香の味わい深さ、塩味もある。抜栓直後は酸味が強すぎて低評価。むしろ2日目に本領発揮。

OMG!!!

A good wine but not my favorite, quite sour and earthy. More mellow but still strong next day. Nice complexity but would prefer a less sour white.
