Nov 30th, 2017Pale yellow-white in color. Fresh yeast and floral notes in nose. Lemon and melon flavors in mouth, a bit frothy on finish. Nice tiny bubbles in glass, but not quite as dry as one might like (or is it just fruity rather than sweet on the palate?) Slightly bitter aftertaste. Not sure how to feel about this one

Apr 4th, 2019The wine is pale lemon-green with bubbles. / The wine is clean and has medium(-) intensity aromas of green fruit(apple), citrus fruit(lemon, lime), some yeast(bread). / The wine is dry with high acidity, no tannin, medium(-) alcohol, and medium body with creamy but slightly aggressive texture. It has medium flavor intensity of green fruit(apple), citrus fruit(lemon, lime), tropical fruit(melon), and yeast(bread), yet each flavor seems slightly riper on the palate. The finish is medium(+) and refreshing. / Good wine, although not concentrated, the wine has balanced primary and secondary aromas and flavors with a nice refreshing acidity. However, it lacks the concentration and depth to be very good. / The wine is ready to drink but not suitable for further ageing. It is fully developed, and its fruitiness will go away with age.
