The wine is pale lemon with bursting bubbles that are inconsistent and disappeared quickly. / It has light intensity aromas of some green fruit(apple) and citrus(lime). Also, it has some funky odors, might be some autolysis character but not sure. / On the palate, it was off-dry and has med(-) intensity flavors of some green and citrus fruits, but they feel riper than on the nose, with somewhat aggressive bubbles. It has med(+) acidity with medium body and alcohol. The finish is short and has a bitter aftertaste. / Poor quality. It has only one dimensional characteristic which is fruit and the quality of it is not enjoyable. And it has somewhat aggressive mouthfeel. It simply doesn't show any interesting quality that good sparkling wines have. / Drink now and not suitable for further ageing because it doesn't have components that evolve with age, such as fruit and acidity. / is it one of those sparkling wines that is made from seedless grapes? — 8 years ago
Clear. Pale ruby. Medium+ aromas. Earthy. Mushrooms. Little bit of brett. Red fruit. Violet. Dry. High acidity. Medium tannin. Mineral. Dirt. Medium body. Good. — 10 years ago
The wine is clear pale lemon with bubbles. / The wine is clean and has medium intensity aromas of greed fruit(red apple), citrus fruit(ripe lemon), a hint of tropical fruit(lychee), and floral(acacia). / the wine is medium-dry and has high acidity, medium alcohol, and medium(+) body with somewhat flabby texture. It has medium flavor intensity of green fruit(red apple), citrus fruit(ripe citrus), tropical fruit(lychee), and flower(acacia) with a short finish. / Acceptable. Although it has high acidity, it still feels too soft and flabby. And its primary aromas and flavors are too ripe and somewhat unbalanced to be good quality. Also, finish is too short. / Drink now, but it might already start to decline. — 8 years ago
2005 vintage. Clear. Pale garnet. Medium + aromas. Umami like nose. Spicy. Earth. Dirt. Garlic(?). Violet. Red berry. Smoked meat. Actually it is like Korean BBQ. Dry. High acidity. Medium + tannin. Complex. Medium body. Still has lots of fruits. Developing and has lots of life. Outstanding. It was my favorite of the night. Loved it. — 10 years ago
Clear. Pale purple. Medium + aromas. Violet. Red fruit. Mushroom. Dirt. Dry. High acidity. Medium+ tannin. Lots of fruits. Sweet from fruits. Medium body. Young. First it is soft and then you feel tannins and acidity. Then it becomes earthy. Outstanding. Great aging potential. — 10 years ago
The wine is pale lemon-green with bubbles. / The wine is clean and has medium(-) intensity aromas of green fruit(apple), citrus fruit(lemon, lime), some yeast(bread). / The wine is dry with high acidity, no tannin, medium(-) alcohol, and medium body with creamy but slightly aggressive texture. It has medium flavor intensity of green fruit(apple), citrus fruit(lemon, lime), tropical fruit(melon), and yeast(bread), yet each flavor seems slightly riper on the palate. The finish is medium(+) and refreshing. / Good wine, although not concentrated, the wine has balanced primary and secondary aromas and flavors with a nice refreshing acidity. However, it lacks the concentration and depth to be very good. / The wine is ready to drink but not suitable for further ageing. It is fully developed, and its fruitiness will go away with age. — 8 years ago

Wine Bug
Although the wine is extra-dry, it is close to dry. It has some green fruit and floral aromas. The texture is slightly frothy. The finish is short and has particularly bitter aftertaste comparing other proseccos. I think it is simple and acceptable quality fizz. — 8 years ago
