Very different from the previous vintage I tried (-21 I think it was). This one more steely and sharp and a more white and unripe fruit profile, woukd be hard to call SB on the nose, blinded. Yet enjoyable and well made.

Aug 7th, 2026Light yellow color with slight greenish tint; elegant mineral-laden nose of yellow grapefruit, unripe pear and pineapple, and hints of nettles and gooseberry; salty, fruity, and dry and grassy, and with a medium-long salty/spicy finish. Enjoyable with shrimp pasta.
